AGENDA: Typomad 2014: What is Hidden in Typography
Typomad is Madrid´s typographic celebration. An annual event where talks, exhibitions and workshops floods the city of Madrid. The festival is for all kinds of audience, from begginers to typography specialists. That´s why Typomad is a platform to spread the most interesting, fun and surprising part of this design discipline.
This year the theme of the event is “What is hidden in typography”. We approached this concept from different perspectives: recovering historic figures, work
processes that remains in the shadows and new ways of undestanding type. Suming it up, all that isn´t bright and shinny but that at the same time is key in typographic design.
